Choosing your shade and size
Shades: Chantilly, Vanilla, Cappuccino and Chocolate. Pick the one closest to your own skin tone so the cover disappears under lighter fabrics.
Sizes: 8cm (3.15″) suits an A–B cup and 10cm (3.9″) suits a C–D and above. The edge should reach around the side of the breast — that is what lets it blend in rather than sit as a disc.
If the 8cm sits too close to the edge, size up. If your bust is very small, the 10cm may be more than you need.
How to apply
Start with clean, dry skin, free of lotion, moisturiser, oil or powder — anything on the skin stops the cover sticking.
Peel off the clear protective film and keep it — it goes back on for storage. Place the cover over the nipple, then press down from the centre outwards so the edges sit flat.

Caring for your covers
You do not need to wash them after every wear.
When they need it, use warm water and a mild hand soap, rubbing gently in small circles with your fingers until the surface is clean, then rinse well.
Air dry them completely — never use a towel or paper. Lint clings to the adhesive and is what stops a cover gripping.
Once they are fully dry, put the protective film back on and return them to their case. Never press two covers together, and keep them at room temperature out of direct sunlight.
Lost the film? A piece of kitchen cling film does the same job.

- Apply only to clean, dry skin, free of deodorant, lotion, moisturiser or oils.

- Not suitable for anyone with a known adhesive or medical-tape allergy.
- Do not wear while sleeping, and do not exceed 16 hours of wear.

How many times can I wear a pair?
Up to 20 wears per pair. How long the adhesive lasts varies with your skin, the weather and how you look after them — see Caring for your covers on this page. When the adhesive does finally go, they still work under a fitted top.
How do I clean and store them?
Warm water and a mild hand soap, rubbed gently in circles with your fingers, then rinse and leave them to air dry. Never use a towel or paper — lint on the adhesive is what stops them gripping. Once dry, put the protective film back on and keep them in their case.
