How to apply
Start with clean, dry skin, free of deodorant, lotion, moisturiser or oil — anything on the skin stops the adhesive gripping.
Peel the backing away, lift into the shape you want, then press the tape down and hold it for a few seconds so it sets. Repeat on the other side.
Warnings — read before use
- Patch test 24 hours before first use on a small area (e.g. inner forearm) and discontinue use if redness, itching or irritation occurs.
- Apply only to clean, dry skin, free of deodorant, lotion, moisturiser or oils.
- Do not apply to broken, irritated, sunburned, sensitive, or recently shaved or waxed skin. Avoid contact with the nipple area, eyes, mouth and mucous membranes.
- Avoid application over surgical scars or any area that is healing, including after breast surgery.
- Not suitable for anyone with a known adhesive or medical-tape allergy.
- Single use only — do not reuse.
- Do not wear while sleeping, and do not exceed 16 hours of wear.
- Remove gently by peeling slowly with warm, soapy water or Tonee Unstick It Spray — do not rip off.
- Not for use on infants or children. Keep out of reach of children.

Each pack contains one pair, in the shade and cup size you choose above. The tapes are single use, so one pack is one wear.
Which shade and size should I choose?

Will it show under clothing?
Tonee sits flush with the skin and is designed to stay discreet under clothing. Choosing the shade closest to your own skin helps under lighter fabrics.
Can I wear it with a low or backless neckline?

How long can I wear it for?
