What's in the pack, and choosing your tension
4 reusable elastics — 2 medium tension and 2 high tension — and they arrive with sticky tabs already on them, so that is your first 4 wears. Inside there are another 20 sticky tabs, two per wear, which is 10 more. 14 wears in total. The elastics are reused; the tabs are single use.
Medium tension is the everyday choice. High tension gives a firmer lift. You can also customise a medium elastic by cutting the middle two strips for extra stretch and length.
To take the tabs off we recommend Unstick It, though warm soapy water or baby oil work too.
How to apply
The elastic sits behind the head, under your hair, with a sticky tab at each end. Step-by-step photos and video are on our How To Apply page, and every pack includes a QR code that takes you straight there.
Warnings — read before use
- Contains latex. Do not use if you have a latex allergy.
- Patch test 24 hours before first use on a small area (e.g. inner forearm) and discontinue use if redness, itching or irritation occurs.
- Apply only to clean, dry skin, free of make-up, moisturiser, serum or oils.
- Do not apply to broken, irritated, sunburned or sensitive skin. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth and mucous membranes.
- Avoid application over surgical scars or any area that is healing.
- Not suitable for anyone with a known adhesive or medical-tape allergy.
- Sticky tabs are single use — do not reuse them.
- Do not wear while sleeping, and do not exceed 16 hours of wear.
- Remove gently by peeling slowly — use Unstick It, warm soapy water or baby oil. Never rip it off.

Step 1:
Choose your desired tension. Use Medium or High Tension as is, or cut the middle 2 elastic strips from your Medium tape to create a more flexible fit with extra stretch and length.
