This website, toneeskin.com (the "Site"), is operated by Tonee Skin ("Tonee," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our Site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including the policies referenced here (our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Online store terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given consent for any minor dependants to use the Site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, infringe any intellectual property rights, or transmit any malicious code. Breach of these Terms results in immediate termination of your access.

2. General conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. You understand that your content (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted across networks; payment information is always encrypted during transfer. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.

3. Accuracy of information

  • We have made every effort to display product colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee your screen displays them correctly.
  • We may limit the quantities of any products we offer and discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product is void where prohibited.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to keep it updated.

6. Product use, disclaimer, and assumption of risk

Tonee products are adhesive tapes designed to be worn on the skin, and skin types, sensitivities, and application techniques vary from person to person. Because of this:

  • Tonee products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where such warranties cannot be excluded under applicable law.
  • You agree to read and follow all usage instructions on our packaging and at toneeskin.com, to apply Tonee only to clean, dry, healthy skin, and to patch test 24 hours before first use and discontinue use if any irritation occurs.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, you accept responsibility for how Tonee is applied and worn, and Tonee Skin is not liable for any irritation, reaction, or injury arising from misuse, failure to follow our instructions, or an individual sensitivity to the materials or adhesive.
  • Nothing in this section limits or excludes any rights or remedies you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Returns and refunds

All purchases are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy, available at toneeskin.com/policies/refund-policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Optional tools and third-party links

We may provide access to third-party tools "as is" and "as available" without warranties, and we are not liable for your use of them. Certain content and links may direct you to third-party websites that we do not control; we are not responsible for their content and are not liable for any harm related to your use of third-party sites.

9. User comments and submissions

If you send us comments, ideas, or other submissions, we may use them without restriction, compensation, or any obligation of confidentiality. You agree your submissions will not violate any third party's rights and will not contain unlawful or malicious material.

10. SMS / mobile messaging program

By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing messages (which may include AI-generated content) at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

  • AI-generated content: Some messages may be generated using artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies regarding product details, pricing, or availability; they do not constitute professional advice. Our AI service providers are contractually prohibited from using your personal information to train their general-purpose AI models.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Texting other words is not a recognised means of opting out. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Eligibility: You must be at least 13; those aged 13–18 require parental or guardian permission.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our service providers are not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated messages or decisions made based on them.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tonee Skin and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tonee Skin and our affiliates and service providers from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

13. Termination

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. We may terminate them at any time if you breach any provision, and you will remain liable for amounts due up to the date of termination.

14. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision is severable and does not affect the remaining provisions. These Terms, together with our policies posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there. This does not deprive you of any protection under the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
